Fullstack Filmmaker
Take a film from concept to final cut. You direct, shoot and edit, or lead the people who do. Not an entry-level role.
What you'll do
- Develop concepts. Take ideas from brief to final execution.
- Direct and shoot. Lead on set and capture high-end footage.
- Post-production. Edit your own work or direct an editor to the finish line.
- Juggle projects. Run several at once without missing a beat.
Who you are
- Triple threat. You've directed, shot and edited, not just one of them.
- Visual storyteller. You understand narrative, light and composition at a fundamental level.
- Fast. You work quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Owner. You thrive with ownership and autonomy. Strong communicator, zero ego.
Requirements
- A portfolio showing high-level work across multiple stages of production.
- Willingness to complete a paid test project.
- Remote okay, Munich area preferred. No degree required.
Video Editor
Cut docu-style films, brand spots, narrative pieces and everything in between, through to final colour and sound.
What you'll do
- Edit across formats. Documentary, commercial, brand and narrative.
- Iterate and refine. Take feedback, pivot quickly and keep quality high on tight deadlines.
- Full finish. Own every video through to final colour and sound.
Who you are
- Story-driven. A strong sense of pacing, rhythm and narrative flow.
- Fast. Quick turnarounds without losing creative flair.
- Feedback-friendly. Open to notes, and willing to push back when something isn't working.
- Self-motivated. Organised and proactive.
Requirements
- A strong showreel or portfolio with a diverse range of work.
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve.
- Willingness to complete a paid test edit.
- Remote okay, Munich area preferred. No degree required.
